Terms and Conditions
1. All goods remain the property of PerformanceLights.co.uk until paid for in full. 2. Delivery dates and time are given as advice only and may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of PerformanceLights.co.uk. We cannot accept orders where time is of the essence. 3. It is the customer's responsibility to check goods on receipt for damage. We must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt if damage has occurred during transit, failing which no refund can be made. 4. If a replacement for an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied is required before that item can be returned to PerformanceLights.co.uk it will be treated as a separate sale. A refund for the aforesaid item can only be considered once that item has been returned to PerformanceLights.co.uk for inspection. 5. Refunds cannot be made for items that have been damaged due to customer misuse/abuse/negligence or modified in any way. 6. An order can be cancelled at any time within seven working days from the day after the order was received by the customer. This does not apply to special order items or bespoke items. 7. We request that customers contact us in advance if they wish to return an item so we can issue them with a returns authorisation number. 8. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for the return of items to us and to bear the cost thereof, regardless of the reason for the return. PerformanceLights.co.uk will not arrange for return items to be collected. 9. When returning items to us, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are packed so as to prevent damage to the item/s and packaging. We recommend that items are returned to us using an appropriate insured service, as we are unable to process refunds if items returned to us are damaged in transit. If that happens the customer will need to claim from the carrier. 10. Any refund of carriage charges will be solely at the discretion of PerformanceLights.co.uk. Carriage charges will not be refunded for goods that have been correctly supplied in good order. 11. Returned goods that have been correctly supplied may, at the discretion of PerformanceLights.co.uk, be subject to a re-stocking charge of 20%. This will not apply if the customer has cancelled the transaction within the statutory seven day time limit referred to in 6. above. 12. Any product requiring painting should be examined and trial fitted before the painting process begins. If after painting a product is found to be defective no compensation can be given for it or any painting- or other costs incurred. 13. PerformanceLights.co.uk can accept no liability for direct, consequential or any other losses whatsoever arising from the supply of any goods. 14. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for items where there is an error in the price or other information displayed on our site. No contract is made with you until we have physically dispatched your order. |
